Flexible Fee Options

We offer many ways to approach our service fees

We’re not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive SR&ED professional service. Our options are competitive compared with the average SR&ED filing fee consultant. We offer more than just contingency-based billing.

Hourly

For Self-Prepared SR&ED Claimants

It works like most accountants and lawyers where we charge an hourly rate for our services, which ranges from $75 to $250 per hour depending on the level of experience required.

Contingency

For Small Companies With Tight Budgets

This fee applies to a percentage of the final tax credit and includes CRA audit defense services.

Typically, a contingency fee is payable after all funds have been received from CRA and all potential audits have been settled. The fee percentage ranges from the low-teens to the mid-twenties and is based on the level of assumed risk in the claim (with riskier claims requiring the higher contingency percentage).

Fixed Fee

For Experienced SR&ED Claimants

This option applies a fixed fee based on a known scope of work. 

It’s also great for smaller consulting engagements where we will work within your budget on a service solution to best meet your needs.
